Receipt Robot — Receipts collected, registered and checked under approved rules.
Internal pilot at FORS2020 ApS
In the internal pilot, Receipt Robot collects invoices, receipts and credit notes from PDF email attachments, registers them and checks for duplicates. Documents are forwarded automatically according to rules the customer has approved in advance; uncertain items and exceptions go to manual handling. Final bookkeeping requires human approval. Secure download links are still being tested; supplier flows with links only are not production-proven.
Receipts are scattered across inboxes, links and folders. Someone has to find them, download them, check whether they have already been booked and key them in. That takes time away from customers, advice and the rest of the business.
Collects PDF-attached invoices, receipts and credit notes from email under rules the customer approved in advance
Tests retrieval via supported, secure invoice links; link-only supplier flows still require validation
Duplicate protection, so the same document is never registered twice
Keeps an invoice register with source, supplier, date and amount
Forwards receipts or bookkeeping drafts automatically only under rules approved by the customer in advance
Uncertain documents are flagged as manual exceptions
Final bookkeeping always requires human approval
Payment reminders and other customer messages require human approval before sending
Supplier logins and approvals are never bypassed
Collecting PDF attachments from email is the core of the pilot. Suppliers that only send a link (without a PDF) are still under pilot validation and are not yet documented in production.
