Contact regarding personal data
This policy applies to the information you send to FRITIVA through the contact form. Use the contact address below if you want to know more or exercise your rights.

What information we process
Name, email address, company name, selected topic and the message you write.
We also record the time of the enquiry, a reference, the fact that you gave consent, and which version of the consent text you accepted and when.
When an administrator changes a status or deletes an enquiry, a minimal audit record is stored with the action, time, reference and administrator ID — not your message or contact details. Deleting an enquiry covers the active database; retention in any backups must be aligned with the hosting terms.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not use the information for newsletters or marketing.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. We will then delete your information unless we have another valid legal basis for keeping it — for example, if the enquiry has led to an agreement. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Retention
Enquiries are stored in our database and deleted manually when they are no longer needed.
Retention must be limited to what is necessary to handle and follow up on your enquiry. You can contact us to find out the specific retention or to request deletion.
Processors and disclosure
We do not sell your information or disclose it to third parties for marketing.
The website and database are hosted by Replit. Login to the private administration area is handled by Clerk. Hosting and login involve these providers processing necessary technical information. Contact us if you would like more details about the processing.
Access to enquiries
Only designated administrators at FRITIVA can see enquiries. Access requires login and a manually assigned administrator role.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will help.
You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
Cookies
The public pages do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.
If you choose a language yourself, your choice (e.g. "en") is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site appears in the same language next time. The choice is not sent to us and is not used for tracking. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
The private administration area (login) uses necessary cookies and local storage from Clerk to keep you signed in. They are only set when the login pages are used.
