The plan is to work from a missing-items list in accounting software or Excel, match supplier, date and amount, and look for originals in approved email, PDF attachments and supported links. The intended result is a clear status per line; the solution is not production-proven.
A missing-items list often requires manual review of each line and searches across several sources. It can be difficult to remember where a particular receipt came from.
Imports the missing-items list from the accounting system or Excel
Matches on supplier, date and amount
Searches emails, PDF attachments and supported links
Verifies candidates before suggesting them
Prevents duplicates against documents already registered
Prepares the original documents for the bookkeeper
Candidates are verified and approved before they are used
Lines without a reliable match are marked as Manual help
Download links that require login, MitID or CAPTCHA are sent for manual handling — access control is never bypassed
